Everyone runs their 5 kilometers — in Wroclaw during one event or online from wherever you want.
You can run fast, jog slowly, walk — whatever. It is important that you cover 25 km together.
This is a new format for teams that prefer to go than run. You don't have to run to be part of the change. Follow the route of Bieg Firmowy. Add your brick. And in a year, who knows?
Choose a stationary route in Wroclaw or run with the app from anywhere in the world.
Run or walk with the whole team on the premises of the AWF complex and the Olympic Stadium in Wroclaw.
Run from anywhere in the world.
Bieg Firmowy supports the beneficiaries of the Everest Foundation. Each of them struggles with their health challenges.
Since 2013, we have collected
Necessary orthopedic equipment to give independence
Operations that save health and life
Hundreds of hours of rehabilitation
Therapies that enable development

This alone creates an unforgettable atmosphere, and the organizers take care of every detail so that you do not miss anything regardless of the purpose for which you run. It is worth at least once in your life to experience something like this
For six editions I have been running together with Bonduelle, putting my whole heart into it. It's not just a sport — it's a fight for a better tomorrow for the children we can help. Every time I stand at the start, I feel pride, emotion and tremendous motivation to work on myself. I love this initiative and will support it for as long as I can run!
Our company has been participating in Bieg Firmowy for many years and I hope that we will also participate in the next ones:)
Personally, I do not like running, but I have already participated in this event 3 times and this year I am going to run for the 4th time. I highly recommend it!!!
